Replacement!
Posted in Blog on Mar 18, 2015
Sometimes I am asked to make something to replace a lost or stolen item. In this case we are not sure which it was, but it was most likely stolen because the person who asked me to design something for him was quite upset when he told me why he wanted a new ring.
The ring I designed isn’t something that most people would choose. It’s heavyweight, solid and the diamonds are substantial. This person is substantial in size and personality. He’s no one to mess with either. This ring was all of those things. Serious and fierce.

Choosing diamonds, matching Color, Size, Clarity and Cut

Checking for Size, I match diamonds to the exact tenth of a millimeter.
