When you fall out of love

When you fall out of love

Sometimes you find yourself less enthusiastic about a piece you once loved. That’s where I show you that you can love again.

I had a friend who loved, so very much, her engagement ring. I met her through her husband many years ago.  He called and asked me to help to try and do something with the ring she loved but is now out of love with and no longer wears the ring.  For the next 18 months, we spoke on and off about what she may like.  I finally told him I’m making a decision. Please come with her and the ring and I will end the indecisive behavior and wow her.

He was hesitant because we are friends and what if his wife doesn’t like what I made and then I’m insulted. I told him not to worry. I won’t be insulted.

When they arrived, I had prepared a few items that I thought she would like. I wanted the ring to be something so completely different that it’ll represent a new journey of their married life. The result:  he proposed again and she said yes again.
